The deadline for post examination submissions following the CIL examination hearings which took place 15th to 17th May 2018 have now closed. The JCS responses, which were submitted on 25th May 2018 have been published on this website along with responses, which were received from interested parties up to 8th June 2018. We now await the Examiners decision, details of which will be published as soon as they become available.
